If your computer is on a network which needs Proxy configuration, You night need to enable the "Use Proxy" option. The "Auto Detect" button attempts to read this information from the computer's Internet Settings, but this feature has not been tested on many systems. Ask your Network Administrator for help with this, if needed. Most home PCs using dial-up, cable, or connections do not require this option.
